The meteoric rise of Lakewood offensive lineman Isaiah Wynn continues.
Two days after Wynn was named lineman MVP at a Rivals camp in Atlanta, he received notice that he was invited to play in the Under Armour All- American game in St. Petersburg.
“It was something of a surprise to me,” Wynn said. “I really didn’t know the invitation was coming until (Tuesday).”
Wynn said he is undecided on whether he will play in the game if he gets invitations to other all-star games, such as the Army All-American game in San Antonio.
This weekend, Wynn is taking a visit to Alabama, where he said he’ll watch practice and get one-on-one time with coach Nick Saban on Friday and attend the Tide’s scrimmage on Saturday.
Wynn also said he will make time to visit Auburn during his trip.
