Jesuit 6-foot-7 rising senior Isaiah Omoregie, the sixth man on the Tigers' state championship team last winter, confirmed via Twitter on Wednesday he's not returning to the school.

Omoregie said he didn't have time to speak when reached Wednesday morning by the Tampa Bay Times, but did indicate he isn't sure to which school he'll transfer.

His Wednesday morning tweet: "Thanks to everybody at JHS for making the past 3 years fun but I'm not coming Back next year gotta do bigger things to get where I wanna be."

Jesuit coach Neal Goldman, running the school's annual basketball camp Wednesday morning, couldn't immediately be reached. He indicated to the Times earlier in the week, however, that he wouldn't be surprised if Omoregie moved on. Goldman didn't elaborate.

As a junior, Omoregie averaged 6.9 points and 3.0 rebounds, providing a huge spark (12 points, five rebounds, one block) in Jesuit's 79-58 win against Plantation American Heritage in the Class 5A state final. He has a handful of Division I offers at this point, with Drexel, Jacksonville and Furman among the suitors.
