Countryside offensive lineman Giovanni Negron committed to Southeast Missouri State.
The 6-foot-4, 265-pound senior started at left tackle the past two seasons and was the only returning starter on offense for the Cougars last season. He paved the way on a balanced attack that helped Countryside finish 6-4 last season.
Negron is the school's fourth offensive tackle to play in college over the past five years. He also is the third player from Countryside's 2014 class to play at the next level, joining defensive back Mike Johnson (Iowa State) and defensive lineman Steve Czop (Winona State).
