Admiral Farragut receiver Brad Hyman-Muhammad and running back Todd Macon received scholarship offers from Charleston Southern University, according to coach Chris Miller. For Hyman-Muhammad, it was his first college offer. Macon also has offers from Liberty and Stony Brook.
"I've been trying as hard as I can to get some interest in Brad,'' Miller said. "It's a relief to get this one. Hopefully, they'll be some more down the road.''
Hyman-Muhammad, 5-foot-11, 175 pounds, caught 45 passes for 904 yards and a team high 11 touchdowns. Macon was the Blue Jackets leading rusher with 1,461 yards and 14 touchdowns. Miller said the Naval Academy may visit Macon after the team plays its bowl game.
