Tajee Fullwood, one of Tampa Bay's best and most versatile athletes, picked up his first offer, from Massachussetts, Saturday.
Fullwood returned kicks, caught passes and ran the ball last season for Tampa Bay Tech, and is also a solid cover guy at defensive back. He averaged 46 yards a kick return, and scored five total touchdowns.
His sophomore season at East Bay, Fullwood was a quarterback, throwing for 644 yards and rushing for 690.
