Signing day is underway in the North Suncoast.
Anclote LB Terrell Martin kicked off the recruiting holiday by signing with Black Hills State (S.D.) this morning.
Martin, a 5-foot-11, 185-pound senior, was one of Pasco County’s top tacklers over a strong four-year career. He helped transform the Sharks from one of the North Suncoast’s doormats into a team that made the playoffs as the Class 5A, District 6 runner-up this season.
Martin racked up almost 350 tackles for the Sharks, including 106 as a senior. He earned honorable mention status on the Times’ all-North Suncoast and the all-Sunshine Athletic Conference’s teams.
The NCAA Division II Yellowjackets expect to get another North Suncoast recruit today – Pasco ATH Jajuan Henry.
