Pasco DB/WR Tevin Capehart has orally committed to Victor Valley College, Pirates coach Tom McHugh said Tuesday in a text message.
Capehart, a 6-foot-1, 170-pound senior, tallied 10 tackles and a sack for Pasco last season. During his junior season, he caught two passes and racked up two tackles.
Victor Valley College is a community college in Victorville, Calif.
