Largo junior linebacker Frankie Hernandez, who led Largo with 99 tackles this past fall, announced via Twitter on Tuesday that he had committed to USF. He is the second Packer in the past week to pick the Bulls, joining Jarvis Stewart.
Hernandez, a Times' all-county first-teamer, tweeted: "I did commit to Usf with my brother Jarvis Stewert (sic) #Go Bulls"
Hernandez, a 6-foot, 180-pounder, is considered one of Tampa Bay's top prospects in the class of 2014 and also had offers from Indiana and Kentucky.
