Three Robinson assistants -- all alumni -- are among the half-dozen finalists to replace Mike DePue as Knights football coach.
Athletic director Marcia Monk provided the list upon a request from the Tampa Bay Times on Wednesday. The six finalists are Knights assistants Rob Burns, Craig Everhart and Shawn Taylor; former Admiral Farragut coach Chris Miller, former Tampa Bay Tech, Lennard and Hillsborough assistant Daryl Stewart; and former Jefferson assistant Jason Lane.
Monk indicated the six were the only ones interviewed of the 15 who applied for the job. Another candidate who applied late might also be interviewed, Monk added.
The coach is expected to be named Feb. 1. DePue retired after leading the 2012 Knights to the Class 5A state semifinals. He finished his career as the program's alltime winningest coach (72-43).
